SMEP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to SchoolPaths! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for students and parents who wish to register for our Special Members Enrollment Programme (SMEP). By enrolling in our Programme, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Special Membership Enrollment and Promotional Agreement

1.1. Students are enrolled in the SchoolPaths Special Members Enrollment Programme (SSMEP) for free for an initial period of two (2) to three (3) months.

1.2. In exchange for free enrollment, students must create and probably share promotional social media videos stating that they are using SchoolPaths and inviting others to join.

1.3. Parents agree their kids’ promotional content be shared on Schoolpaths’ social media accounts during and after the free enrollment period.

1.4. SchoolPaths reserves the right to monitor compliance with this promotional requirement and may revoke access if obligations are not met.

 

2. Subscription and Payment

2.1. After the free enrollment period, parents or guardians of enrolled students will be required to pay a discounted monthly fee for continued access to SchoolPaths services.

2.2. The discounted fee applies for a duration of one (1) year following the free enrollment period, but subject to renewal.

2.3. Payment must be made on or before the due date each month to maintain access to SchoolPaths services.

2.4. Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the services.

 

3. Usage and Conduct

3.1. Students and parents must use the SchoolPaths platform and resources responsibly.

3.2. Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to academic dishonesty, misuse of materials, or inappropriate behavior, may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

3.3. Unauthorized sharing of SchoolPaths content or accounts is strictly prohibited.

 

4. Termination and Cancellation

4.1. SchoolPaths reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment in case of violation of these terms.

4.2. Parents may cancel the subscription at any time.

4.3. Funds paid are non-refundable.

 

5. Liability and Disclaimer

5.1. SchoolPaths provides educational support services on an “as-is” basis.

5.2. SchoolPaths is not liable for any technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or indirect damages arising from service use.

 

6. Amendments and Updates

6.1. SchoolPaths reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

6.2. Changes will be communicated to users via email or platform notifications and will take effect immediately upon notice.
